   Greg has been in the engineering and construction industry for over 25 years working with Public and Private Project Owners & Developers, Contractors and Subcontractors to assist and help them manage complex construction risk. Greg\'s past experience as President/CEO of a publicly traded design build firm has proven invaluable with hands-on experience in bid rooms, purchasing, manufacturing, software automation, subcontractor prequalification, construction budgeting, project risk analysis and financial planning. Greg was selected to be a member of the distinguished Construction Advisory Committee for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation / California Prison Receivership\'s $14 B construction program and served on the board\'s subcommittee for Design Build and BIMS integration.Greg through his financing partners and access to a panel of successful entrepreneurs and investors introduces capital seeking project owners to The United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) or more commonly known as EB-5 Funding. Federal, State, Public Private Partnerships ( P 3 ) and Private Enterprises are being forced to consider alternative means of financing for their construction projects due to declining operational budgets.These challenges have led us to develop solutions that simply provide a significant and timely source of construction financing which in turn creates substantial long term job growth through the development of new construction projects in the private and public sectors.
