My passion for workforce development stems from my own lived experience and education background in political science, which exposed me to the complex and interrelated issues of social justice, economic inequality, and community organizing. I graduated with a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley, where I also studied abroad at the Pontificia Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile. My core competencies include program design, workforce and business development, and nonprofit services and partnership management which I apply to create pathways and opportunities and remove barriers for under-served job seekers in my community.
