With deep experience in overseeing multiple manufacturing sites across North America as Vice President of Manufacturing, as well as diverse plant leadership assignments, I am very passionate about developing business strategy to deliver operational goals. As a people-centric leader, I believe that building reationships and trust, along with developing and growing our teams are essential pieces to building a growth-orientated culture. This value driven belief combined with strong management practices and processess (MOS), is a winning combination for closing performance gaps and driving sustained continuous improvements. This leads to a greater level of engagement, committment and accountability to each other and to our greater objectives. How to operationalize this is the fun part. Manufacturing can be very complex. However, the fundamentals remain. Taking care of our team health, builing relationships, having strong communciation vehicles, proper messaging of our business objectives and the right balance of process and structure to drive operating discipline, will lead to great things.
