I now serve as Chief Growth Officer for the global organization of FamilyLife. FamilyLife has staff working in 63 nations, with material and digital resources being used by partnering organizations in 104 countries, and over volunteers worldwide. Growth for our global organization means expanding to new locations, developing new creative approaches, addressing organizational boulders, and increasing our capacity of people and resources. I give leadership to our continental coordinators based around the world, and national field leadership in the U.S.
