Prepared detailed roles and responsibilities, due dates, and process flowcharts documenting quarterly and year-end tax process key controls and ensuring such key controls are linked to work paper documentation. Performed analysis for all net operating loss carryovers and valuation allowances- securing the release of several material valuation allowances.COMPLIANCE Directed and reviewed consolidated tax return compliance. Developed new processes and procedures facilitating a more efficient data capturing system, data reporting package, and reconciliation schedules saving time and effort for completing returns.
