About Greg Law
I have always loved solving problems by digging deep to understand how products, systems, processes, or physical sciences fundamentally work. This has been a joy in my life whether doing “proofs” in engineering school, learning motor and controller design to solve systems control problems, exploring the detailed function of product development and factory operations to solve QA, cost or design problems, developing the mathematical connection from supply lead time and reliability to a company’s cash flow, or solving employee relationship issues. By understanding the fundamentals, the potential solutions are endless. It has been amazing to lead complex product development and supply chain functions, applying this approach to break through into new solutions for products, processes or organization. We developed 100’s of product each year for worldwide production and distribution through all of the major channels. We improved cost, function and reliability in existing products and created many fundamentally new ones while evolving the development process to increase speed to market and predictability. We advanced our products to pioneer android-based tablet user interfaces to deliver a rich, connected experience, developed new applications, and opened new areas of the market. I look forward to more years of learning, exploring, sharing and building as we continue to experience new and challenging situations. It’s a great time to be involved.

Was asked to lead a talented and driven product development and sourcing team as well as build out the QA program in addition to the existing purchasing team management role. Lead the evolution of the processes to increase speed and reliability of development as well as hire staff and build out the quality management system. Will first be establishing clear and transparent toll gates and sourcing landscape analysis methods.
