I am a self-starter with an entrepreneurial business mind, background in General Contracting, Cast-in-Place Structural Concrete, and Architectural Precast Concrete. My experience in construction began with a Family Business that specialized in Architectural Precast Concrete. I started out as a carpenter pattern maker and worked up the ranks to APM and with other companies, advanced my career to Vice President. I have experience with podium construction, high-rise residential buildings, wastewater treatment plants, retrofit and expansion of parking garages and URM buildings. In my recent experience, I managed both structural concrete and TI groups each generating $70m in revenue. I was part of the management team that leads a multifaceted division of California’s largest commercial contractor. We focused on promoting high-performing teams, establishing profitable client relationships while providing a safe work environment with a favorable bottom-line profit.
