ABOUT GREG LACEY
With over a decade of experience in the real estate sector, I am a passionate and strategic Chartered Surveyor who leads the property performance and activity of Associated British Ports (ABP) in the UK’s busiest ports complex in the Humber. I am a member of the Humber Senior Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Humber Regional Director and dotted line into COO.My core competencies include acquisitions, disposals, asset and property development management across all use classes, with a focus on port-centric industrial and logistics properties. I oversee a £1.3 billion portfolio of 600 units, 220 customers, and an annual rent roll in excess of £60m million, covering acres across the UK\'s busiest ports complex. I have a strong network of contacts and a \'hands on\' approach to understanding occupiers business strategies and delivering value-added solutions. My mission is to support the continued growth and sustainability of ABP and its customers by providing a high-quality property proposition.
