A six sigma trained Quality Engineering professional with Project Engineering experience, having been exposed to various levels of management and carry strong leadership qualities. Extensive experience dealing with Suppliers, including the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Supplier development. I have a logical and methodical approach to problem resolution and a proven ability to handle pressurised situations. Project Management in new product introduction. Excellent Microsoft office skills as well as MRP experience. Fully trained and experienced in Lean Principles and Toyota Production Systems, including: Pull processing, First-time quality, Waste minimization, Continuous improvement, Flexibility, Building and maintaining a long term relationship with suppliers, Automation, Load leveling and Visual control.
