Relationally-Driven Leader | Strategic and Analytical Thinker | Curious Learner | DISC: Si | ENFP-A Throughout my career, I have pursued opportunities that blend leadership, creativity, engineering, and business model design in innovative environments. Driven by a passion for continuous learning and collaboration, I thrive on bringing people together to organize ideas, align strategic vision, and transform concepts into tangible products or implemented processes. I enjoy combining right- and left-brain thinking to create cohesive, results-driven experiences for teams and customers alike. I’ve had the privilege of leading teams through successful strategy development and deployment, solving operational challenges, driving new product and process development, optimizing supply chains, and integrating operations. These experiences have equipped me with versatile expertise spanning the development-to-commercialization process and sustaining business operations. Beyond my corporate roles, I’ve explored entrepreneurial and creative endeavors, including recording and releasing two independent music projects and founding start-ups Ubiotic Health and Recreation Point Brewing. Currently, I focus on designing and leading a circular asset management and sustainability program at Thermo Fisher Scientific. My goal is to support and empower those around me—both personally and professionally—fostering meaningful, collaborative, and exciting work.
