   Co-Founder of Mad Chef Craft Brewing Inc in East Petersburg, PA.Mad Chef Craft Brewing is a brew pub in East Petersburg, PA. We have a 7 bbl brewhouse with 5 fermenters and 1 brite tank. From our cooler we tap 15 of our own beers and a cider from a local cidery. We brew all beer styles with an emphasis on true to style flavor and balance. Our menu is designed and prepared by a Culinary Institute of America chef. The offering is both simple in structure but complex in flavor.Since opening in July of 2015 we have seen amazing growth and are set to double the year 1 projection in year 3.Check us out at
