I\'m an experienced Learning & Development operator, with over 20 years in Financial Services. I\'ve managed in different business areas, and now aim to share my learning with others. From the L&D angle, I\'ve integrated robust on-boarding programmes for the regulatory environment, managed the development planning for the entire business, designed strategic learning plans to accelerate the achievement of long-term business objectives, achieved success with externally supplied certification programmes and e-learning platforms, as well as designing and delivering the more \'traditional\' development interventions expected of \'the Trainer\'.
