ABOUT GREG ISHMAEL

I am highly motivated, self-starting and love to use my experiences and skills to teach, train, assist and coach. My passion is in the area orphan and vulnerable children(OVC) best practices, with a focus on global careleaver initiatives, family & community-based care, and family strengthening. Strengths: ARRANGER: I can organize, but I also have a flexibility that complements my organizing ability. I like to figure out how all of the pieces and resources can be arranged for maximum productivity. RESPONSIBILITY: I take psychological ownership of what I say I will do. I am committed to stable values such as honesty and loyalty. INDIVIDUALIZATION: I\'m intrigued with the unique qualities of everybody I meet and have a gift for figuring out how people who are different can work together productively. MAXIMIZER: I focus on strengths as a way to stimulate personal and group excellence. I seek to transform something strong into something superb. BELIEF: I have certain core values that are unchanging. Out of these values emerges a defined purpose for my life.
