ABOUT GREG HUBER

Some call me a Renaissance Man… but that’s only half the story. I AM- President/CEO- Nonprofit Partner- Teacher/Facilitator- Adventurer/Mountaineer & Environmentalist- Devoted to helping people and organizations reach optimal performance MY IMPACTEarly in life, I learned to challenge myself, expand my comfort zone, and push through to reach my goals. Over the last 30 years, I’ve helped thousands learn to do the same through my businesses, Signature Teambuilding and Challenge Discovery. We challenge people to do their best work; building confidence, trust, communication, and teamwork through the experience. MY PHILOSOPHY- Never stop learning and experiencing life- Get OUT of your comfort zone to expand it- Get IN your learning zone and learn by doing WHY A CAREER IN LEARNING & DEVELOPMENTEarly in my career, I was drawn to the mission of a local nonprofit helping young people improve themselves. I joined the organization which was struggling with debt. After 3 years, I returned the organization to a strong, debt-free position. I also developed methods to positively impact much larger parts of the population through team building and leadership development programs using an experiential approach. THE KEY MOMENT IN MY LIFE I went on my first Outward Bound experience as a young 16-year-old boy and returned a much different person. The 30-day, over 1K mile cycling excursion through the NH countryside was grueling. At times I wanted to quit, but something inside kept me going. The experience taught me to push through life’s challenges. I finished the program with greater self-confidence and a whole new outlook on life.
