The day to day operation of our properties and serving those who serve others is a wonderful responsibility.Being the third generation to run the Raleigh based family business, I pray for wisdom to know when it’s time to pass the ball on to then next steward, but until then it’s pedal to the metal.

Recent success providing immediate occupancy opportunities for businesses who need space on flexible terms, think of it as apartment leasing for your office. Some customer have moved from traditional office environments to more relaxed type spaces – young creative types wearing shorts in bean bag chairs with beer in the refrigerator and while down the way there are folks dressed in traditional business attire huddled around the conference table. Hands-on owner and manager of square feet of commercial space in North Carolina’s Triangle Region. Largest project to date being the Project Development Director in the redevelopment of the former Myrtle Beach Air Base a plus acre Master Planned PUD. Currently focused on buying well located commercial buildings that have been neglected and am enjoying repositioning these properties.\"BNA\" which is B class in A locations-Hobbs Properties intensive management and in house construction department allows us to streamline operations and we always keep inventory ready for immediate occupancy. We are dog friendly in many locations.
