As Chief Operating Officer of Industrial Realty Group, LLC, I have the privilege of overseeing a dynamic, high-performing team within one of the nation\'s leading real estate development and management firms. My career in real estate began in 1998, and over the years, I have built a track record of success, driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and growth.For six years, I served as President of IRG Realty Advisors, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of IRG. In this role, I led our team in delivering comprehensive real estate services, including property management, asset management, and strategic advisory services, to clients across the country. Under my leadership, IRG Realty Advisors flourished, growing both in scope and reputation.Since joining IRG Realty Advisors in 2005, I\'ve taken on progressive leadership roles—from Property Manager to Director of Property Management, and ultimately President. My deep industry expertise and passion for leading teams have allowed me to consistently drive performance, streamline operations, and enhance client satisfaction. I take great pride in the culture we\'ve built—a culture centered on driven, humble, and smart individuals who work tirelessly to deliver results.Earlier in my career, I honed my skills in facilities management with the Cleveland Browns, working at the team\'s practice facility in Berea, OH. This foundation in high-level operations has been invaluable throughout my journey in real estate.I hold both a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Baldwin Wallace University, and I remain committed to continuous growth and learning. My greatest joy comes from my family—my wife, Molly, and our three children, with whom I reside in Medina, OH.
