About Greg Harper

I have been an Area supervisor for 4 years of my 12 year McDonalds management career. I have acquired a great deal of knowledge and experience in McDonalds restaurant operations. I do not see an end in near sight of learning, growing, and developing in this great brand that I have fell in love with. April was my 12 year anniversary of being involved in the operations of McDonalds restaurants in some way or fashion. When describing my \"work ethic\" I think of a scientist so consumed with his research to make things better, to improve something. The scientist doesn\'t realize that he is \"working\" in the cellar at 2am, that he is \"working\" while sipping his morning coffee merely 20 minutes out of bed. Working goes unnoticed by the scientist because he isn\'t \"working\", he is engaged, engaged in his passion, engaged fueling and priming his motivations to reach his targeted results. This is exactly how I feel about my career with this brand. I have dedicated time, energy, and genuine concern in the determination of turning a budget into results achieved. I have had the blessing of working with great operators in East Tennessee, Middle Tennessee and even Cleveland Ohio. I am open to new ideas and opportunities out there. I am a single father of a wonderful 11 year old and I am hoping to find my permanent home for us personally and in my Career.
