WHAT I DOEach day I meet with executive leaders across the country to provide practical advice and insight. For me, coaching is all about creating a productive space to be curious and explore new ideas out loud with a trusted confidant. With nearly 20 years of coaching experience and more than coaching sessions, I’ve been blessed to learn alongside my clients as their organizations transform.
