ABOUT GREG GUTMANIS

Diversified Royalty Corp (“DIV”) is a TSX listed multi-royalty corporation, engaged in the business of acquiring royalties from well-managed multi-location businesses and franchisors in North America. DIV believes that the royalty structure provides a strong incentive for a Royalty Partner to grow its location base while allowing the Royalty Partner to retain direct control of its business. DIV\'s objective is to acquire predictable, growing royalty streams from a diverse group of multi-location businesses and franchisors. DIV expects to increase cash flow per share by making accretive royalty purchases and through the growth of purchased royalties. Mr. Gutmanis is a graduate of the University of British Columbia (BCom, Honours), holds the Chartered Accountant (CA) designation (top 50 in Canada on final examination) and holds the Chartered Business Valuator (CBV) designation.
