   I lead a highly skilled team of engineers, program operations, and business operations professionals that launch rockets for a living and carry responsibility for technical success and P&L performance. Primarily working in the suborbital area, we have developed and launched multiple new configurations and demonstrated high accuracy insertions for low cost targets and high speed research vehicles. Much of my tenure has been growing a customer focused program with the agility of a startup company with the safety blanket of a large organization. My current role affords a broad customer base with the US Army SMDC, US Navy Surface Warfare, Missile Defense Agency, Air Force Research Laboratory, Commonwealth of Australia, and other foreign customers. Additional users and stakeholders span the defense industry as we have launched from mature and remote ranges on three continents.
