About Greg Gleisinger
Over 30 years’ experience in manufacturing. Have managed up to 5 buildings in one site location and has managed from 5 to 30 people. Experienced Managing Maintenance Techs, Mechanical Techs and Engineers as well as PLC/Electrical Programming Engineers. Worked with CI and IE cohorts to execute Six Sigma, Lean, Root Cause and 5S Events during my career. Always been results oriented and as a Maintenance Coordinator with The PPG company, done Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) Analyzing Root Cause of failures and determining corrective actions. I accomplished this by assigning Supervisors, Engineers, and Technicians various projects to eliminate reoccurring failures. Over the course of a year after implementation the company gained close to 40% more uptime.
