I’m Greg Glaus, Executive Deputy AD at Kent State, where I lead operations, business strategy, sport administration (football & gymnastics), and cross-campus partnerships that support student-athletes and staff. I thrive on connecting people, aligning priorities, and driving progress from big-picture planning to day-to-day execution.Since rejoining Kent State in 2021, I’ve helped guide the “Play As One” strategic plan, led trajectory changing multi year business relationships, directed department wide facility upgrades, and supported historic academic and athletic success. My background also includes leadership roles at Texas Tech and early-career experience in academic support and compliance.Ohio native, proud girl dad x 4, and someone who believes the best teams win with strong culture, shared vision, and extraordinary focus on leadership.
