ABOUT GREG FUJITA

I seek to discover and implement new means and methods for erecting structures that minimize cost and waste, and optimize efficiency and safety. I hope to explore these means and methods through the implementation of Building Information Modeling into the preconstruction and planning phases of a project as well as through streamlined communication protocols and processes. I aim to improve upon common estimating and planning practices by incorporating datamining and market monitoring into quantity and activity driven estimates. My goal would also rely on continuously researching the development of new building materials, design and installation practices, equipment and codes.I enjoy the construction practice for its diversity and variety of challenges. I appreciate the fact that it requires a multitude of strengths across several disciplines. I am constantly faced with challenges that require problem solving, research, endurance and creativity.
