Over the past 15+ years, I have acquired extensive experience in managing multimillion-dollar budgets for manufacturing and supply chain operations and leading the end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives to optimize on-time delivery, order fill/accuracy, and inventory accuracy while generating cost savings of up to $26M.Accomplishments: Delivered $750K in cost savings for Air Liquide and won the 2018 Achievement Award for providing a creative option to maintain and update equipment by bringing the testing company on-site. Achieved a 96% service level and maintained waste at under $270K/month across 180M annual units at L’Oréal USA while optimizing the planning process to reduce time and enhance communication; collaborated with Leadership to dramatically improve performance versus the annual budget. Oversaw a $24M transportation budget and realized $1M in savings across transportation and warehousing while driving 1% growth in order fill rate and improving product freshness by 19% at Ferrero USA. Attained significant cost savings for Ferrero USA, including $9M in Supply Chain savings,$2M through waste reduction, and 11% reduction in inventory level ($6M).
