Responsible for leading change management policies and procedures within the Residential organization. Work with application and support teams in the Xhome product line to ensure all changes have required documentation, successful testing results, and required resources are assigned. Assess change readiness, identify key stakeholders, and de-conflict any changes. Work with cross functional partners to identify root cause of incidents caused by change. Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Work with program managers to understand the business requirements and budget process. Participate in key planning of milestones and act as a guide for the core program team from initiation through execution and completion of changes. Work to identify and obtain participation from required cross-functional core team members and matrixed project managers. Create program plans and maintains program record. Work with the core team to identify and schedule all the work required to fulfill program scope, including identification and management of critical path. Assist in the development and implementation of key goals, objectives, and success criteria for the program. Identify and analyzes risks and issues. Track and manage the program schedule and task details included in the program plan. Analyzes the actual performance against the plan and make adjustments consistent with the plan objectives. Communicate updates on major milestones and keeps all stakeholders informed of progress and issues. Manages proposed changes to program parameters and works with Enterprise Program Management and Program Managers to ensure appropriate process and communications. Facilitator on the daily Xhome CCB meetings.
