Achievements:• Completed build of tubing hangers for ONGC ahead of schedule, saving company money and increasing profit margin on that job.• Recommended change in FAT procedure that was adopted by company. Change resulted in avoiding trapped pressure during pressure testing.• Recognised by the company bosses for STOP work’s regarding pressure safety within the workshop. These could have caused serious damage to customer equipment.Main Responsibilities:• Building Subsea equipment as per engineering drawings.• Hydrostatic pressure testing subsea Trees and Tubing Hangers as per API certification.• Gas Testing subsea equipment as per API certification.• Ensuring daily checks are carried out on cranes and forklifts.• Ensuring documentation was filled out correctly as per Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and (AAPs).
