ABOUT GREG DAVIES
I am currently a Tender and Project planner at Morgan SIndall. Graduating from Swansea university with a Civil engineering bachelor’s degree in 2006, I have 18 years’ experience in the construction industry. My first 12yrs with Costain starting as a Site engineer progressing to Site agent, having excellent range of experience in both Major and Regional civil engineering projects, most recent being A465 split-level dual carriageway. Here one of my responsibilities was to plan, manage and co-ordinate the construction of the widest spanned, twin-leaf Bebo bridge in the world to date.In 2018 I made a change to progress with the Planner role working on various construction projects in education, retail, industry and highways. Contributing to Bid teams, I produce tender programmes, aligning methodologies accompanied by imagery for a step-by-step visualisation of our proposal. Additionally, I have had the responsibility of managing multiple project programmes according to the contract for both NEC and JCT contracts, with projects up to £130m in value.
