About Greg Coulter

I represent private and public employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation before state and federal courts. My litigation experience includes jury and bench trials, and appearances before government and administrative agencies including the EEOC, DOJ, DOL, NLRB and ACRD. Apart from my litigation practice I provide day-to-day preventative counseling and employment advice to small and large businesses. I also assist employers in such matters as handbook preparation and revision, personnel policy development, severance agreements and restrictive covenants. I also regularly conduct training on discrimination, harassment, retaliation, privacy and disability/leave issues. In addition, I regularly speak on my various areas of expertise and serve as an editor and author for the Arizona Employment Law Handbook.Specialties: Labor and Employment litigation and counseling, including litigation against government agencies. Representation of municipalities, school districts, agricultural and ranch employers, trucking companies and oil and gas businesses.
