Budgeting, forecasting and performance management.• Strategy development and implementation.• Audit, Bank and Tax relationships.• Capex and investment decision, active cashflow management including working capital improvement plans, loan covenant reporting & compliance, and securing additional financing (asset based and invoice discounting)• Finance lead on M&A activity including completing and integrating 2 acquisitions• Change management including large scale redundancy programs, back office relocations, post-acquisition integration and team restructuring.• Management of business turn-arounds, cost reduction plans and delivery of successful profit improvement plans.• System change implementation, management and roll out
