We create safe, welcoming, and innovative environments that drive creativity, growth, and opportunity for every child.We collaborate to create vision and lead change for our facilities, enterprise technology, transportation, child nutrition, communications, community education, security, and more, managing a $130M budget annually. By fostering open communication, building robust feedback systems, and empowering leadership teams, we create a culture where autonomy, mastery, accountability, and innovation thrive.I believe leadership is about more than managing; it\'s about inspiring and empowering others to reach their full potential.
