Whilst at Oldham College, My responsiblites include PPM, Reactive Maintenance, and I liase with the H&S Manager on a daily basis, to ensure all Contractors to site are fully compliant and vetted. I also deal with Service Charge issues and Energy Procurement. I have prepared the Sports Hall for Futsal to occupy. This involved minor works up to the value of £30k. I am also in the process of collating tenders for Electrical works for the entire campus.My role includes providing Customer Services to all external and internal customers on a daily basis. Advising the College on facilities issues and preparing a facilities budget. I also provided an initial overview of all the new buildings as regards snagging issues within the complex.I bring to the role my previous experience and knowledge of facilities management to ensure the smooth running and safety of all services. I have been involved in the tender process to ensure the College receieves best value for services required and provided by external Contractors.
