I lead a diverse and talented team of staff who work together to match and form year-long volunteers throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are proudly an AmeriCorps National Direct grantee and our volunteers provide values-centered service with our partners as they seek to respond to the most pressing social issues of our time. Equally as important, the year of service with us tends to transform the volunteer as well, which means our former volunteers (FJVs) become life-long servants of the common good. Major parts of my role include: 4M+ budget oversight, major gift solicitation and fundraising, organizational design, senior management coaching, and Board of Director engagement.
