ABOUT GREG CAMPBELL

As an experienced leader Greg is directing and developing the transformation of Rochford and Brentwood Councils to create One Team for two Councils as the Director of Policy & Delivery Greg\'s experience includes leading the direction and change in both front and back office services across many departments, service & with other authorities. Greg has delivered significant building and cultural change projects leading to work and service improvements that have created both financial gains. Working in the area of transformation Greg has become expert in understanding the needs required to deliver significant change, meet the commercial needs of local government whilst appreciating the important and unique role local government has in developing communities and ‘The Place’ Greg is also the Director of a Commercial entity \'SAIL\' ensuring commercial property is managed and developed Greg’s experience is second to none working with key stakeholders, politicians at all levels, local communities and across councils. Greg\'s experience stretches across all administrations including experience of those authorities with \'no overall control\' Greg has a leadership style that ensures people come with him passing on his knowledge with a style routed in his belief in coaching and mentoring. As an ILM 7 qualified Executive Coach and Mentor Greg uses his experience and knowledge to develop and assist colleagues to develop and challenge themselves in order to assist to create well rounded leaders.
