As the Assistant Regional Manager, I am responsible for assisting the Regional Manager in the service aspects of twelve routes, which total 9 million in annual sales. It includes managing ten Route Account Managers, two Shuttle Drivers, and two Route Jumpers. We work as a team to resolve any issues our customers may face on a daily basis. My job is to make sure our customers needs are met, and that we give them all of the tools to make their business successful. I am also responsible for renewing and maintaining all of the Service Agreements. Thankfully, I work for a company that gives me the tools to be successful.
