CHST and Certified Safety & Health Specialist. Safety manager/SSHO- Projects include, a 240 million dollar Casino for the Puyallup Tribe of Indians, a 23 story poured in place hotel condominium complex in South center, 7 Story hotel in Redmond My experience includes projects for DOSH, OSHA, USACE and NAVFAC projects. Projects have ranged from a Special Forces operational complex on JBLM (0 loss days and 0 Injuries) to a Large Energy Efficiency project with NAVFAC that includes demo of buildings and selective demo and limited restoring of a 1913 foundry. This project includes multiple site abatements, seismic upgrading with extensive steel erection, and hydronic heat replacement with high angle work. Duties include reviewing and writing AHAs and safety programs, such as excavation, confined space, 24 hr. Fall protection, scaffolding, and hazardous energy. Also included are site reviews of contractor safety programs, equipment, and work process. I was Awarded AGC 2019 Brian Salsgiver Safety Professional of the Year award. OSHA 500
