My experience includes recruiting and leading professional teams, setting strategy, and delivering defined outcomes for government, non-profit, and private clients.My career includes senior leadership roles with ChangeMakers, the Government of British Columbia, Indigenous economic development corporations, and international development organizations. I have also founded and led enterprises in advanced technology and consulting and managed large, multi-country portfolios with substantial budgets and staff.I hold a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Arts in Indigenous Governance, and an Associate Certificate in Conflict Resolution. My academic training in economics, politics, law, and governance supports a practice grounded in analysis, accountability, and execution.
