Greg has over 25 years of commercial construction experience with balanced focus as a project executive (operations) and preconstruction with emphasis in adaptive re-use of base building core & shell, corporate office, healthcare, hospitality, retail/mixed-use, multi-unit residential and land development. Greg leads the Preconstruction/Estimating Department for San Francisco based Plant Construction Company. He manages multiple teams responsible for project planning, field surveys, site evaluation and logistics planning, conceptual budgeting, cost estimating, procurement, BIM 3D modeling and constructability reviews. Greg takes a proactive role in providing clients and project teams with information necessary to make reliable business decisions during the design and procurement cycles of projects.Greg has also held PX/director positions for Balfour Beatty, Del Webb and KOLL Construction; preconstruction management positions for DPR and Perini.
