ABOUT GREG BLOCK

Greg Block, Chief Operating Officer at Pilgrim Mortgage LLC, possesses over 25 years of Mortgage experience and 38 years of executive and senior management positions in operations, logistics, customer service, and sales. Mr. Block has built, managed, and improved operational and sales processes throughout his career to increase sales efficiency and profit. Before joining Pilgrim Mortgage Mr. Block was at Open Mortgage for 14 years, Mr. Block was co-owner, President, and CEO of Mortex Lending, a mortgage banking business he started after holding the positions of Executive Vice President of Operations at MBI Mortgage Inc. and Chief Operating Officer at Northland Funding Group. In addition to the mortgage industry, Mr. Block has held senior management positions with start-ups and large organizations in the telecom and technology industries, including Point One Telecommunications, CenturyTel Telecommunications, IPC Technologies, and Dell Computer. While at Dell Computer, Mr. Block created the infrastructure and processes for the creation of DellWare, the software and peripherals division of Dell Computer. Mr. Block also served in the United States Air Force for 5 years as Managing Crew Chief of the Air Maintenance Unit of the Tactical Air Command.
