About Greg Bishop

Greg\'s roots in Financial Services trace back to the early when he took a directorship position with MetLife and soon launched a series of innovative programs which changed the way business was conducted. Over the course of the next ten years, both his reputation and responsibilities expanded throughout the United States. In addition to being a featured presenter in six consecutive national conferences and serving as the Chairman of the MetLife Marketing Directors Advisory Council, he also moved to Charlotte to take over marketing operations for one of MetLife\'s largest firms. After two years of steady growth and two articles about his techniques appearing in LEADERSHIP Magazine, he was promoted to the position of Strategic Consultant for the Field Implementation Team, a national level position that had him working with top advisors and management teams from all over the US. Greg went on to serve as the Director of Practice Management at Consolidated Planning and as the Chief Marketing Officer of QuietStream Financial before executing a long-held professional goal of launching Poterus Consulting, a firm which provides consultation and coaching in the areas of advanced sales training, practice management and leadership development. Greg soon blended the experiences of Poterus Consulting with LG Resources in order to provide multiple business solutions for his many professional contacts. Greg has an undergraduate degree in Political Science and a Masters degree in Public Policy & Management. He has served on the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters and the Board for One Warrior Won, an organization which addresses the needs of returning veterans suffering from PTSd and TBI. He continues to play Men’s league hockey. Greg is married and lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, children and beloved Rottweiler.
