I’m a Project & Commercial Manager with 13+ years’ experience delivering major UK infrastructure, specialising in NEC3/4 contract management, cost assurance and risk management across highways, water and hydropower.I’m currently the NEC4 ECC Project Manager on the M25 J10 / A3 Wisley Interchange Improvement Scheme for National Highways, overseeing contract and change management, programme control and commercial governance on one of the UK’s most complex junction upgrades.
