Played an integral role redeveloping entire technology resources, including personnel, infrastructure, and processes due to several acquisitions and a divestiture (M&A). • Assessed current IT budget and instituted cost savings measures equating to 35%, reassigned staff to more productive roles which created high-performing teamwork, and reevaluated external vendor contracts. • Designed and implemented the organization’s first cybersecurity, AI, and product testing program which delivered a reduction in more than 95% of phishing and impersonation attempts. This process created a “seat at the table” within the Lisata Board for IT, allowing for reinforced alignment between IT, the board and management. • Instituted platform standardization for all employees & systems (in-house and remote) allowing for a more secure, scalable, and efficient model that increased productivity by 25%. • Lead in ERP solutions tactical deployment helping organize and manage core business processes for optimal performance. • Spearheaded real estate transactions from all aspects including vetting new locations, site decommissions, facility & data center build outs, while using the latest energy saving measures, ultimately providing a turnkey operation to Lisata employees.
