Reporting directly to the site Engineering Manager. Providing full engineering support for all site operations. Responsible for a team of twelve multi-skilled engineers, ensuring that the plant runs efficiently, effectively and safely at all times. Flexible in my approach towards working hours. Leading my team from the forefront, motivating and empowering the engineers to ensure work is carried out effectively and efficiently in accordance with the application of all health and safety requirements. I have excellent people management skills and this is reflected in the results from the annual Warburtons staff engagement survey results. The 2014 overall team engagement score was 61% up from 39% in 2013. Influential in bringing the site SAP matrix away from reactive and into ‘control’ and ‘innovator’ status. Constructed a Engineer Capability matrix which is to be used as a skill benchmarking tool for the departments future.
