I have been an agent representing Tennessee Farm Bureau Insurance Companies since April 1987. I spent 11 years in Davidson County - 8 years in Macon County - Trousdale County to present. I don\'t know that \"I\'ve seen it all\" from a personal lines insurance standpoint, but I have seen a good bit. I am convinced that when excellent service is provided most everything else will fall into place. The \"trick\" is to provide that excellent service because people gauge service differently.
