Analyze your printing needs - This analysis will consider all aspects of your business\'s printing needs, including printing, copying, scanning and & faxing. Streamline printer placement – Improve workflow and maximize your device usage 3. Replace inefficient devices – Identify which machines are underperforming will help improve workflow and maximize your device usage. Simple Billing – Consolidate billing by providing all the ink (for existing equipment), toner, maintenance into one bill. Provide predictability - No more surprise maintenance or unpredictable printing costs. Improve print security - It may be important to control access to documents and print devices, so that confidential information is not put at risk. Example, the use of employee keycards to release print jobs can be installed to prevent confidential paperwork from sitting around in output trays for anyone to see or take. I served 6 years in the United States Air Force before becoming medically discharged.
