Overseeing the digital strategy and growth across all B2B & B2C trading websites within the LBS Group, including LBS Builders Merchants, Total Plumbing, DG Heath, and UK Build Supplies. This role leads a centralised eCommerce function, designed to drive performance across all digital sales channels and accelerate online growth for each division.Key responsibilities include managing multistore operations via Magento, coordinating Amazon and eBay marketplace activity, and leading a dedicated team focused on digital marketing, SEO, paid campaigns, and product data optimisation. The role is also responsible for identifying and capitalising on trading opportunities across all sites, aligning with commercial objectives to improve sales, profitability, and customer engagement.Through structured strategy, performance tracking, and branch level collaboration, the role ensures that each site delivers a consistent and scalable online experience, with digital transformation at the heart of group wide growth plans.
