About Letitia Green
Letitia is the President & CEO of Virginia Investment Capital Group, Inc, providing both investor and startup services in due diligence, term sheet negotiations, capital raises, strategic integrity, and board advisory services. She is also the Managing Partner of the Virginia Active Angel Network (VAAN), an angel investing group founded in October 2005. And while VAAN is not an ongoing investing group she manages the legacy investment portfolio. She has an MBA from Pepperdine, an M.Ed. from UVA\'s Curry School of Education, a negotiation certificate from the Harvard Law Project on Negotiation and is a certified and enthusiastic Lean Launchpad educator. Letitia and her husband founded ECorp Management, Inc, a real estate company in California and Virginia. Letitia has negotiated the sale of millions in commercial and multi-family real estate in California on behalf of family office owners and many foreign owners. ECorp is currently focused on targeted real estate projects for family office investment in the Charlottesville and central Virginia area. In ECorp, Letitia focuses on investor identification and introduction to those opportunities, focusing on project fit to investor/family office portfolio alternative asset investment ROI. Projects in Virginia include Rivanna Plaza Shopping Center, Center Hill Properties, South River, 10th and Main, Rialto Beach, King Lumber, and Crozet Shopping Center. Retail leases include Dunkin Donuts, Kiddie Academy, Pizza Hut, OpenSource Connections, Moxy Hair Salon, Market Street Wine Shop, and the purchase of a Great Valu grocery store.
