Responsible for the daily management of the human resources office at Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), including administration, supervision and oversight of all sections and personnel within the human resources office. Additionally, the position functions as the Commanding Officer’s (CO) principal staff providing technical advice and guidance to the Chief of Staff and key management officials on all human resource matters. This includes providing management with options and recommendations for effective program operations; advising on the regulatory and legal requirements of the program.
