As a bilingual (Spanish-English), bicultural (Mexican-American) clinician, I’m passionate about creating inclusive, identity-affirming spaces in speech-language pathology for underserved communities.My clinical work is guided by authenticity, cultural humility, and a trauma-informed lens. I strive to build trust and empower clients by integrating their lived experiences into therapy, especially bilingual individuals and families navigating systemic barriers. My interests center on bilingualism, neurogenic communication disorders, and equity in healthcare access. Long-term, I aim to drive change through clinical care, research, and policy.I’m always open to collaborating on research, projects, or ideas that advance equity in healthcare access.
