ABOUT GREATNESS ADEWUMI
Greatness Adewumi is a Neuroscience major in the pre-medicine program at Baylor University with interests in pediatrics, global health, health equity, health policy, and translational research. She is deeply committed to serving underserved communities through advocacy and leadership, with active involvement in the Student National Medical Association and the Biomedical Science Careers Program. As an HHMI Summer Undergraduate Research Scholar at Baylor College of Medicine, she conducted translational research on the molecular mechanisms underlying neurodevelopmental disorders—an experience that further shaped her aspirations. She aspires to become a physician-scientist, pursuing an MD/PhD to bridge clinical care, research, and public health.
