ABOUT GAURAV SHARMA
A human mind can store 4.7 billion books; however, only 10% of our brain is used to its full capacity. I have always been a firm believer that a man’s reach is beyond his wildest imagination. I graduated with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree at UOIT with a specialization in accounting and finance. I have obtained my Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant designation in 2016. Since joining PwC in 2012 my client portfolio have included both public and private clients in numerous industries including asset management, private equity, start-ups, hedge funds, not for profit and real estate. I have also completed the following professional designations - CFA - CBV- IFSE Dealer RepI am very passionate about capital markets (in particular equities, derivatives, and real estate), private equity, strategy, consulting and M&A. I fell in love for real estate ever since 20 when I first moved to downtown Toronto. Due to my desire for market analysis to ensure the best value, I couldn’t find a realtor to meet my requirements and thus decided to do it by myself. I am a licensed real estate salesperson specializing in residential, commercial and investment transaction in the GTA and complete every transaction and due diligence as if it is my own. One of my greatest accomplishments to date has been as a child mentor from the Peer Project where I nurtured my mentee to reach new heights and look at life positively for more than 5 years.
